Cusco – Km 82 – Wayllabamba – Yuncachimpa
Departure by bus from Cusco (3,350 m) at 5:30 a.m. During the journey, we observe extensive agricultural fields and villages that preserve their ancestral traditions and customs. Km 82 marks the meeting point with the support team (porters) and the starting point of the Inca Trail. We continue to Wayllabamba (3,100 m) and then ascend to our campsite at Yuncachimpa (3,300 m).
Hiking time: 6 hours.
